How fast can you get me a quote?
Most estimates go out the same day you call, and we schedule on-site looks the same or next day. One customer wrote that Aaron called her back within 15 minutes and had an appointment on the books within 24 hours. That is still the standard we work to. Storm and hazard calls jump the line.
Do you offer same-day service?
For emergencies, yes — that is what the 24/7 line is for. For scheduled work we are usually booking within a few days, faster in the off season. Tell us what you are dealing with and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes — licensed, bonded and fully insured including workers' compensation. Ask and we will send you the certificate before we arrive. You should ask that of every company you get a bid from.
How long have you been in business?
Aaron Arnold founded Aaron's Tree Service in 2001 and has run it out of Millington, Tennessee ever since. That is a quarter century of Mid-South storms, soil and trees.
What areas do you cover?
Our core service area is the Memphis metro — Millington, Bartlett, Arlington, Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Lakeland, and all of Shelby, Tipton and Fayette counties — plus DeSoto County, Mississippi and Crittenden County, Arkansas. We also travel across Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Alabama and Georgia for storm response, military and government work, and larger commercial and clearing projects. Obsessively. It is the thing our customers mention most. Three separate reviewers, independently, wrote some version of the same sentence — that when we left, you would never know we had been there. Chips hauled, brush gone, ruts raked, site blown down.
Do you work on military bases?
Yes. We are headquartered five minutes from Naval Support Activity Mid-South in Millington and installation and installation-adjacent work has been part of what we do since the beginning. See our military and government capability page.

Will you give me a price over the phone?
We will give you a rough range from photos, gladly. We will not give a firm number sight-unseen, because access — not size — is what actually drives the price, and quoting blind is how customers end up with a bid that changes on the day of the job.
What if I just need one limb cut?
Then that is what we will do. No job is too small, and we would rather take the limb off now than the whole tree off your roof later.
